- Requests outside office hours : Our team has often been contacted outside of working hours. Although we have always been happy to help, these requests have exceeded our capacity. To ensure the well-being of our employees and provide effective assistance, we have decided to refocus our support on the scheduled hours.

1. Troubleshooting common problems
A. Essential commands for diagnosing your system
1. SFC (System File Checker)
This command allows you to check and repair corrupted system files.
- How to use it:
- Open the command prompt as an administrator (right-click on the Start menu, then select “Command Prompt (Admin)” or “Windows PowerShell (Admin)”).
- Type the following command and press Enter:
sfc /scannow
- Wait for the process to finish (this may take several minutes).
- Restart your PC if any files have been corrected.
2. DISM (Deployment Image Servicing and Management)
DISM allows you to repair the Windows image if SFC is not sufficient.
- How to use it:
- Open the command prompt as an administrator.
- Type the following commands one by one (press Enter after each command):
dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
2. Updating and reinstalling drivers
Outdated or corrupted drivers can cause performance issues or incompatibilities.
A. Automatic update via Windows Update
- Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.
- Click Check for updates and install the recommended drivers.
B. Manufacturer-specific software
For optimal driver updates, use the software provided by the manufacturer of your motherboard or components:
- ASUS : ASUS Armoury Crate
- MSI : MSI Center
- Gigabyte : Gigabyte App Center
These tools allow you to automatically download drivers and keep them up to date.
3. BIOS update
Updating the BIOS can fix bugs or improve compatibility with certain components.
Precautions:
- An incorrect BIOS update can render your PC unusable. Follow the manufacturer's instructions carefully.
- Ensure that your PC is connected to a stable power source.
How to perform the update:
- Visit the official website of your motherboard manufacturer.
- Download the latest BIOS version for your model.
- Follow the instructions provided, which may include using a bootable USB drive or a utility included in the BIOS (such as ASUS EZ Flash or MSI M-Flash).
4. Games that won't launch
Verifying game files
- On Steam :
- Open your Steam library.
- Right-click on the game in question, then select Properties.
- Go to Local Files and click Verify Integrity of Game Files.
Updating required components
- DirectX : Ensure that the latest version is installed.
- Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable : Install all necessary versions (2010, 2013, 2015-2019).
- .NET Framework : Ensure your system is up to date.
